Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ReviewCard Pro website and products. By placing an order or using the service you accept them. We operate from Surat, Gujarat, India.

What we provide

We sell NFC and QR review cards, stands and stickers, and we host the links behind them. The hosted part includes your review link, your dynamic QR code, review templates and your dashboard.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else. Information you give us - particularly your Google review link - must be accurate and must belong to your business.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include the amounts stated at checkout. Some products are sold at a fixed price; others are custom quoted, and for those the price is confirmed after you approve a design brief and proof. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Subscription

The price of your card includes the first year of the review service. After that, a subscription of ₹1,500 - ₹2,000 per year keeps the hosted parts of the service active. The first charge is taken 365 days after your order is delivered, and the exact amount is confirmed on your order before it begins. Subscription payments are collected by Razorpay.

You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and is not retrospective. If the subscription lapses, the physical card remains yours but the link behind it stops resolving until it is renewed.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and custom orders begin only once you approve the proof. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Standard, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return reference.

Custom-printed products cannot be returned once printing has begun, because they carry your branding and cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the approved proof - in those cases we will replace it or refund it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Using the service properly

Review cards must be used to make leaving a genuine review easier. You must not use them, or anything we provide, to:

• write, buy, sell, exchange or incentivise reviews;
• solicit reviews only from customers you expect to be positive, or discourage anyone from leaving an honest one;
• point a card at a business that is not yours, or misrepresent who you are;
• break Google's Business Profile policies, or the terms of any other platform a card links to.

Compliance with Google's policies is your responsibility. Google decides what appears on its own platform, and it can remove reviews or restrict a business profile. We have no control over those decisions and cannot reverse them. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used in breach of this section.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, any search ranking, or any level of business that follows from using our products. Results depend on your customers, your business and your own use of the cards.

The hosted service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may carry out maintenance.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and our designs remain ours. Sending us your logo and artwork gives us permission to use them for the limited purpose of producing your order, and you confirm you have the right to do so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business or loss of reviews or ratings. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
