About review cards
What is a Google review card?
A Google review card is a printed card, stand or sticker carrying an NFC chip and a QR code. A customer taps their phone on it or scans the code, and their browser opens your Google review page straight away. There is nothing to download and nothing to type.
How does it actually work?
Each card is programmed with a link that points at your business. Tapping or scanning follows that link. Because the destination is stored on our side rather than burned into the chip, you can change where a card points later without reprinting it.
Do customers need an app?
No. NFC is built into the phone, and the QR code works with the normal camera app. Nothing needs to be installed on either your phone or the customer's.
Which phones work with it?
NFC tapping works on iPhone 7 and later, and on most Android phones sold in the last several years. Any phone with a camera can use the QR code, so older handsets are covered as well.
Where should the card go?
Wherever a customer is already standing still and pleased: the billing counter, the reception desk, restaurant tables, or beside the mirror in a salon. The moment right after paying tends to work best.
Ordering and delivery
What does a card cost?
Prices are listed on each product page. Some products are sold at a fixed price and some are quoted after we see your design brief, because custom printing depends on the artwork, finish and quantity.
Is there a subscription?
Yes, and the first year is included in what you pay for the card. After that a renewal of ₹1,500 - ₹2,000 per year keeps your review link, dynamic QR code, review templates and dashboard working. The first charge is 365 days after your order is delivered, and the exact amount is confirmed on your order before it starts.
What happens if I do not renew?
The physical card remains yours. The hosted link behind it stops resolving, so tapping the card will no longer open your review page until the subscription is renewed.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Chains, franchises and resellers usually order in volume, and pricing improves with quantity. Contact us with the quantity you need and we will send a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Standard products ship within a few working days of payment. Custom-printed orders start after you approve the design proof, so the timeline depends on how quickly the artwork is settled. We deliver across India.
Can I put my own logo and branding on the card?
Yes. Custom printing is the normal case. Send your logo and any wording you want, and we will share a proof before anything goes to print.
Reviews and your Google profile
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. The card sends customers to your Google review page, which only exists once your business is verified on Google. If you have not set that up yet, do it first.
Will this get me more reviews?
It removes the effort of finding your business on Google, which is the step most customers give up on. How many reviews follow depends on how many customers you serve, where the card sits, and whether your team mentions it. We cannot promise a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Can I choose who leaves a review?
No, and you should not want to. Google's policies prohibit selectively soliciting positive reviews or discouraging negative ones, and reviews obtained that way can be removed and can put your profile at risk. The card makes leaving a review easier for everyone you offer it to.
Can I buy reviews from you?
No. We sell the card that makes leaving a genuine review quick. We do not write, buy, sell or arrange reviews, and doing so violates Google's policies.
Account and support
How do I change where my card points?
Sign in to your dashboard and update the review link for your shop. The change takes effect immediately, on cards already in customers' hands.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that is valid for a limited time and can be used once.
