Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReviewCard Pro collects when you use our website or products, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details - your name, email address and phone number when you register.
• Order details - delivery address, contact number and the contents of your order.
• Business details - your shop name, address, logo and your Google review link, so your cards can point at the right place.
• Messages - anything you send through our contact form or by email.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data - IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
• Card interaction data - when someone taps or scans one of your cards, we record that a scan happened and which card it was, so your dashboard can report on usage.

If a customer of yours leaves private feedback through a review page instead of posting publicly, we store that feedback and pass it to you. We do not require them to identify themselves.

How we use it

• To take payment for, produce and deliver your order.
• To run your account, your review links and your dashboard.
• To send service messages such as order updates and password resets.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To keep the service secure and to detect abuse.
• To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never stored on ours. We keep a record of what was paid, when, and whether it succeeded. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Services we rely on

Some data is necessarily shared with the providers that make the service work:

• Razorpay - payments and subscription billing.
• Google reCAPTCHA - protects our forms from automated abuse. Google receives technical signals about your visit. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel - where enabled, these measure how the site is used.
• Email delivery - transactional email such as password resets is sent through our email provider.

Our cards link to Google. Once a customer arrives on Google's site, anything that happens there is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of storage items, all functional:

• selected_currency - a cookie remembering which currency you chose.
• Your shopping cart, kept in your browser's local storage.
• Your sign-in token, so you stay logged in between visits.

Analytics services, where enabled, set their own cookies. Clearing your browser data removes all of these; clearing the sign-in token signs you out.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Scan and analytics data is kept in aggregate for reporting. Password reset tokens expire shortly after they are issued and can only be used once.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Password reset links are stored as hashes too, so a copy of our database would not let anyone reset your password. Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete your account and associated personal data, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Email reviewcardpro@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your account stops your review links from working.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
