After you buy
Your account is a full control panel — not just an order receipt. Manage setup, shops, reviews, billing, and reports in one place.
Track orders, finish setup steps, manage shops, renew your subscription, and view reports from a single signed-in dashboard.
A guided checklist takes you from shipping address and design brief through shop creation, QR links, proof approval, payment, and delivery — so nothing is missed.
Register once to check out, save order history, and reopen your dashboard anytime. Password reset and secure login are built in.
Google Business Profile
Connect your Google Business Profile so reviews and replies live in your ReviewCard Pro dashboard — not only in the Google app.
Link your Google Business Profile through secure Google sign-in. You can use the platform connection or your own Google Cloud OAuth credentials if your business prefers.
Synced Google reviews appear in one inbox so you can read recent feedback without switching apps all day.
Post, edit, or remove owner replies on Google from your Reviews tab — keep your public responses consistent and timely.
Customer experience
Choose how customers leave feedback. Each shop can use the flow that matches how you serve people.
Customer taps or scans, sees suggested review text, copies it, and opens your Google review page — the fastest path from counter to five stars.
Customers pick 1–5 stars first. Happy customers get templates and continue to Google; lower ratings can stay private so you can fix issues offline.
Built for restaurants and multi-service shops: customer picks a menu category (and item), then leaves a focused review. Per-category QR codes can open desserts, drinks, or services directly.
1–4 star feedback can be captured privately with reCAPTCHA protection and is not pushed to Google — so you hear problems without damaging your public rating.
Every business gets a mobile landing page at /shop/your-slug — the page customers see after a tap or scan, styled for phones in-store.
Hardware that stays useful
Printed codes never go out of date. Change where a tap or scan goes from the dashboard — no reprint, no wasted stock.
Each card’s NFC address stays fixed on the chip. Update the destination URL in your dashboard when your Google link, WhatsApp, or campaign changes.
QR codes printed on cards and stands work the same way — reprint only if you want a new design, not because a link changed.
NFC taps (/n/) and QR scans (/q/) are tracked separately on the same card, so you know which channel customers actually use.
Many products support more than one QR target — Google reviews plus WhatsApp, Instagram, menu, or payment links — each independently editable.
Generate extra QRs for table tents and counters. Category deep links open the menu flow on the right section (for example, desserts at the dessert counter).
During shop setup you can choose finishes such as glass, wood, or plastic so the hardware matches your brand and counter.
Higher completion rates
Customers rarely know what to write. Suggested copy removes that friction — and you can write your own.
Pre-written templates by rating help customers leave a complete Google review in seconds instead of staring at a blank page.
Add custom templates for your shop — mention signature dishes, services, or neighbourhood keywords you want in real reviews.
Built-in suggestion languages include English, Hindi, and Gujarati so mixed customer bases can copy text in the language they prefer.
Know what works
See how often cards are used and how reviews perform — without exporting spreadsheets by hand.
View total reviews, average rating, daily trends, and breakdowns by category or product so you know which counters convert best.
Every template copy and rating tap can be logged with device context, so you see where customers drop off before they reach Google.
Ordering & billing
Hardware and software stay connected from the first quote through year-two renewal.
Upload a design brief (logo, colours, text). Our team shares a proof. You approve it, then pay — so you never print the wrong artwork.
See subtotal, GST, shipping, and coupon savings before you pay. Coupons and automatic discounts apply at checkout when offers are live.
Catalogue prices can split hardware cost from the included review-service year, so you know what you are buying before the subscription renews.
Choose size, colour, or finish variants with their own stock and price on the product page — then add the right SKU to cart.
The first year of review service is included with your card. After that, renewal keeps your review link, dynamic QR codes, templates, and dashboard active. Auto-pay via Razorpay is available, or renew manually from the dashboard.
Pay online with UPI, cards, and other Razorpay methods. Mandates support subscription auto-renewal when you opt in.
No. You get NFC/QR hardware plus a customer dashboard, dynamic links, review flows, Google Business Profile sync, templates, analytics, and billing — so the card keeps working as your business changes.
Usually not. Dynamic NFC and QR destinations can be updated in the dashboard while the printed code stays the same.
Yes. The category flow lets customers pick a menu section or item before reviewing, and you can print per-category QR codes for different counters.
With the Stars flow, lower ratings can be captured as private feedback instead of being sent straight to Google, so you can resolve issues offline.
Start with an NFC review card or Google review stand — your dashboard unlocks after purchase.
